Hiring Now: Quality Control Inspectors – Penn Yan, NY
Temp-to-Hire | $19.75 – $20.25/hr | Rotating 12-Hour Shifts

Step into a vital role at a respected food manufacturing facility in Penn Yan. We're looking for detail-oriented Quality Control Inspectors ready to ensure product excellence and safety in a fast-paced production environment.

Shift Details:

  • Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Work no more than 3 days consecutively and enjoy 3-day weekends every other week!

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and test product samples using physical, chemical, and sensory methods to verify quality
  • Inspect packaging for durability and accuracy, including label checks and tear-downs
  • Ensure all products meet company and regulatory standards for labeling and packaging
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with company quality protocols
  • Support the team with additional tasks as needed to maintain quality standards

Who We're Looking For:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended shifts
  • Strong communication skills with a collaborative, team-first approach
  • Previous experience in food production quality or related fields is a plus, but not mandatory
