Our client in the document management industry is hiring Quality Control Specialist to support its Atlanta production facility. This position is responsible for reviewing digital scans for accuracy and image quality, ensuring all documents are properly captured and indexed according to client specifications.

1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Monday – Friday Pay Rate: $18.00  
2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM Monday – Friday Pay Rate: $18.50  


 Responsibilities:

  • Conduct image-by-image review of scanned documents to ensure legibility and completeness
  • Flag and rescan poor-quality images or missing content
  • Confirm documents are properly indexed and named in the digital system
  • Identify and report trends in scanning errors for process improvement
  • Collaborate with scanning operators and team leads to resolve quality issues
  • Ensure compliance with confidentiality, HIPAA, and data security standards
  • Maintain productivity targets while upholding high accuracy
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Prior experience in document quality control or scanning preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency in reviewing documents
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and file management
  • Ability to concentrate for extended periods and handle repetitive tasks
  • Dependable and able to work independently or in a team environment
