This is a direct hire Quality Control Technician/Customer Compliance position, meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their competitive benefit and vacation package upon hire.

Details:
• Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 6:00am-2:30pm
• Pay Rate: $22-30/hr. based on skills and experience
• Location: Spencer, WI
Position Information:
• Perform analytical laboratory tests on raw materials, in-process samples and finished goods to ensure products comply with FDA/GMP standards, BRCGS guidelines, FCC, and customer specifications
• Evaluate all quality data to ensure production of a quality product
• Place non-conforming products on hold for further inspection and disposition
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain all laboratory equipment; maintain cleanliness and safety of supplies and work environment
• Perform accurate and timely documentation of data
• Receive, research, and complete customer compliance requests promptly, maintain completed records requests
• Serve on HACCP team for the facility
Required Experience:
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
• 2-3 years of experience working with laboratory equipment
• Prior experience with HACCP/HARPC or PCQI certification preferred
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Ability to work independently within established guidelines while continuously building knowledge and skills
