We are seeking a skilled and driven Mechanical R&D Engineer to join their growing team. In this role, you will contribute to the development of next-generation automotive service solutions through innovative design and testing.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and test new products for the automotive service industry
  • Select appropriate parts, materials, and manufacturing processes to achieve reliable and cost-effective designs
  • Validate product concepts through analysis and testing, including design of test fixtures and instrumentation as needed
  • Create designs using CAD software (Creo preferred), including sheet metal, weldments, machined parts, castings, plastics, sensors, and electronics
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to meet project deliverables
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • 8+ years of engineering experience
  • Proficient with CAD software (Creo preferred)
  • Strong design experience, including mechanisms, electro-mechanical systems, and materials (sheet metal, castings, machined and molded parts)
  • Self-starter with proactive problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset
