Kelly Services is actively recruiting for a R&D IH & Special Projects Tech. for a Long Term Contract opportunity in Lake Jackson, TX.

 

• Support team in research and implementation of management system work processes, standards, and procedures 
• Provide daily assistance to EH&S Technicians 
• Serve as R&D IH Technician by conducting risk assessments, creating and coordinating monitoring plans, managing IH equipment, setting up monitoring equipment & media as well as writing final area noise reports 
• Focal point for R&D IH Earfit Testing 
• Manage Radiation (100+ sealed sources, x-rays, and lasers) and Ventilation Inventory (2500+ fume hoods and local exhaust) 
• Conduct weekly New Employee Orientation and help with employee onboarding 
• Special Project may include (examples):
• Maintain the buildings Lab Sign Process & Lab Owner Tracker for 113 labs 
• Ensure training and documentation compliance 
• Responsible for projects including Flammable Inventory, Limitation Agreements for Hood Diversity and NON-GHS compliant SDS management 
• Participate in buildings safety programs, safety meetings, In-field safety audits, and MOC walkthroughs
