Research & Development Laboratory Technician
Kelly Science & Clinical is seeking a R&D Laboratory Technician for one of our clients, a renewable energy focused company, located in Carrollton, TX.
The R&D Laboratory Technician is a vital role within our research and development team, responsible for conducting experiments, running tests, and analyzing results that contribute to the advancement of our scientific endeavors.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare samples and conduct routine and specialized laboratory tests
- Record and analyze data with accuracy, noting any deviations or anomalies
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment
- Ensure compliance with laboratory safety regulations
- Collaborate with other team members to support research projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology or a related field
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in research and development
- Knowledge of ICP and the ability to train others on the instrument
- Experience in pilot plant operations preferred
- Proficiency in data analysis and laboratory information systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Job Details
- Contract with the possibility to become permanent
- Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm
- Pay Rate: dependent upon level of education and experience
