Join the Kelly team as a Forklift Operator to work at a premier frozen and refrigerated food manufacturer in Everett, WA.
Pay rate of $23-$24/HR
Available Shifts:
1st Shift: B Thursday - Saturday 6:00AM - 6:30PM
2nd Shift: B Thursday - Saturday 6:00PM - 6:30AM

What's a typical day as a Forklift Operator?
• Receive raw ingredients and packaging supplies according to specified procurement and quality guidelines
• Put-away all raw ingredients and packaging supplies to the appropriate storage locations
• Pick and transfer raw ingredients and packaging supplies from warehouse storage to operation departments as requested
• Ensure proper rotation of raw ingredients, first expired – first out
• Return ingredients and packaging supplies back to proper storage locations after usage
• Transfer finished goods to rack locations and/or shipping dock
• Pick, following first in – first out, and ship finished goods via shuttles or direct to customer in accordance with all quality and regulatory requirements
• Maintain cleanliness of warehouse to include dry, frozen, and cooler storage, and all receiving and shipping docks as well as the finished goods cooler
• Practice safe forklift operating procedures
• Maintain food safety practices, and safe storage procedures
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have at least 6 months to 1 year of experience operating a stand-up forklift, preferably Crown Reach Stand-Up Forklifts.
• Have basic math and reading skills
• Are able to lift 50 lbs and can work in cold environments, including coolers and freezers.
