Position Overview
We are seeking a Part-Time Receptionist / Facilities Coordinator to join our friendly and dynamic team. This is a temporary position with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. We are looking for someone who is technology-savvy, self-sufficient, and eager to contribute to a collaborative office environment. If you are enthusiastic, organized, and have a knack for multitasking, this could be a great opportunity for you!
Hours:
- Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM or 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- 1-hour lunch
- Flexible scheduling as needed (occasionally on Fridays)
- At least 20 hours per week, with potential for more
Compensation:
- Temp Pay Rate: $21 per hour
Responsibilities:
You will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for employees, customers, and visitors. Your responsibilities will include:

Reception Duties:
- Operate the telephone switchboard using TEAMS to answer, screen, or forward calls, provide information, take messages, and schedule appointments.
- Greet visitors, determine the purpose of their visit, and direct them to the appropriate destination.
- Handle inquiries from customers and the public, providing timely and accurate information.
- Open, sort, and route incoming mail/packages.

- Hybrid office setup with most staff working on-site Tuesday to Thursday

Key Requirements:
- Must be friendly, approachable, and customer-service oriented
- Comfortable with technology, particularly using TEAMS and office software
- Self-sufficient with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Must be flexible, with the ability to adapt to changing needs
- Background check and drug screen required (including THC)
Interview Process:
- One round of interviews, either in-person or virtual
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate's Degree preferred
