Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Longview/Marshall, TX
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (5 months)
Compensation: $14 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Saturday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Position Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team for a long-term assignment. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome all clients in a friendly manner as they enter the building.
  • Check clients in and out, ensuring a smooth process.
  • Assist with paperwork and collect all required documents from clients.
  • Answer and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments as needed.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • File and organize client files to maintain an orderly system.
  • Keep the reception area tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Receive and sort mail for the office.
  • Track and keep stock of all necessary office supplies.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Strong verbal and telephone communication skills.
  • Professional dress and a polite, positive attitude.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Ability to work at both Longview and Marshall locations.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite is required.
