Description

Kelly Services is seeking a professional, reliable, and detail-oriented Receptionist in White Oak, TX. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and vendors while providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. This position offers strong growth potential, with the opportunity to train in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions and receive a pay increase upon completion of training.

Pay: $15+/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p

Reception & Administrative Duties:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environment
  • Provide general administrative support including filing, scanning, copying, and data entry
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating office communications
Accounting Support (Training Provided):
  • Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
  • Enter invoices, verify billing information, and maintain accurate financial records
  • Support payment processing and reconciliation activities
  • Communicate with vendors and customers regarding invoices and payment status
  • Maintain organized and accurate accounting documentation
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous receptionist, administrative, or office experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness and ability to learn Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
