Salary:  $22.00-$27.00 hour
Duration:  3-5 months, This is an onsite position.
Schedule:  Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM

What's a typical day as a Recruiter? You'll be:
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience. 
• Actively source candidates and support a wide range of recruiting programs.
• Developing and maintaining a network of key talent, providing high-touch communication throughout the candidate journey, and reflecting GALLO's values in all your interactions.
• Guiding hiring managers and HR representatives through the recruiting process, ensuring adherence to best practices and organizational policies.
• Developing strong, trusted relationships with candidates and stakeholders involved in the hiring process.
• Coordinating recruiting strategy sessions with senior team members and business leaders to clarify requirements and set expectations.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Hold a Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of Gallo HR experience, including corporate or agency recruiting experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR a Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of HR experience; OR a high school diploma plus 7 years of HR experience.
• Have a strong understanding of recruiting strategies, including sourcing candidates through networking, referrals, and niche platforms.
• Possess excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
