Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Pay: up to $27-29/hr

Hybrid schedule-Must be able to commute ONSITE to Marysville, OH a couple days a week
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Co-op Program Recruiter to join our dynamic recruitment team. As a Co-op Program Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in attracting and hiring top talent for co-op/intern positions across the organization. You will be responsible for full lifecycle recruiting, developing effective sourcing strategies, and providing exceptional customer service to both candidates and hiring managers. Co-op recruiters are also responsible for supporting co-op's through their term with questions or concerns as needed to ensure a positive experience within our program.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Full Cycle Recruiting- Managing 60-80 reqs at a time, 150-200/ fiscal year
• Campus Recruiting Travel (In and out of state)
• Assist in managing co-op program (for example, questions from co-ops)
• Assist in the execution of co-op program events and orientations.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events, to identify and engage potential candidates.
• Represent company at college campuses (i.e., career fairs, information sessions, networking events, etc.).
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding their specific technical hiring needs.
• Act as a point of contact for candidates, addressing their questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Support co-ops through term with questions, concerns and return interest as needed
• Support project-based work, as needed.
• Support co-op orientation and onsite/offsite and virtual co-op events.

Required Skills:
• 0-3 years' experience Sourcing and Recruiting.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge related to staffing, recruitment, interviewing methods and processes.
• Understanding of laws and regulations related to staffing and recruitment and employment law.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task and handle a high volume of openings.

Desired Skills:
• Technical recruiting experience (i.e., engineering, or IT).
• Multiple customers in various areas and locations across the business.
• Support various recruitment events as needed.
• Travel- support onsite college recruitment events (In State- Ohio and Out of State)
• Fall events- 2-5, Spring events 2-3, Summer events 1-2. Roughly 30% total travel

Estimated Amount of Overtime: 5 hours a week
