Kelly Services has partnered with a leading supplier in the manufacturing industry seeking a Recruiter to join their team. Our client is going through a rapid period of growth, contributing to their 30 years of success. Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the onboarding of new hires through coordinating orientation sessions and ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.
  • Ensure that all necessary employment documents are collected, verified, and stored securely.
  • Conduct initial screenings of candidates to ensure proper fit to company standards and job requirements.
  • Assist with both hourly and strategic recruitment tasks, such as reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and scheduling interviews with Managers and Supervisors.
  • Support retention strategies by maintaining employee engagement programs and monitoring key metrics.
  • Ensure that all employee and applicant documentation, as required by governing agencies, is maintained consistently and accurately.
  • Effectively source qualified candidates for mid to senior-level roles within the manufacturing sector using various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct thorough background checks and verification processes to ensure the suitability and reliability of candidates.
  • Provide and manage data and analytics related to recruitment activities in spreadsheets for reporting and strategic planning.
  • Utilize ADP for recruitment processes and candidate tracking.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and hiring processes.
  • Initiate and coordinate pre-employment tests relevant to manufacturing roles to evaluate candidate skills and competencies.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a streamlined and efficient process.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in recruiting, within the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong ability to source and identify candidates for mid to senior-level positions.
  • Proficient in using ADP and other recruitment tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing data and analytics.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with candidates and hiring managers.
