Job Opportunity: Recruitment Coordinator III

What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you'll support the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding lifecycle. You'll help process transactions, manage candidate documentation, and ensure all steps of the hiring process are completed efficiently and accurately.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Requesting and processing paperwork for active employees
  • Managing and clearing profile flags in the HR system
  • Handling 10+ unique communications daily with employees or internal partners
  • Coordinating onboarding tasks and background check processes
  • Maintaining accurate employee and recruitment records in Workday
  • Supporting HR programs and processes while meeting service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and service delivery
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure a seamless candidate and employee experience

Who We're Looking For
You're an organized, detail-oriented HR professional who thrives in fast-paced environments. You have experience supporting recruitment or onboarding processes and enjoy being part of a team that values precision, service, and collaboration.

What You Bring to the Team
Must-Have Skills:
  • HR or onboarding experience
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Workday experience
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Experience running and completing background checks
  • Previous experience in the banking or financial sector
  • Bilingual (English/French)
  • Experience using ServiceNow
