Location: School-Based Setting in Texas
Schedule: Full-Time | Consistent Student & Building | Entire School Year
Are you an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) looking for a consistent, school-based position where you can make a meaningful impact every day? We're hiring for the 2025/2026 school year, and this opportunity offers stability, collaboration, and the chance to work closely with one student in the same building throughout the year!
What You'll Do:
• Work 1:1 with a student in a supportive school environment
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by a supervising BCBA
• Collect data and track progress on targeted skills and behaviors
• Collaborate with school staff and families to support student success
• Maintain professional and ethical standards in all interactions

Requirements:
• Active RBT certification in good standing
