Description

We're currently looking for a Retail Communication Coordinator to support visual merchandising and retail marketing operations for a leading global brand. This fully remote role is perfect for someone skilled in Excel data analysis, project tracking, and retail visual coordination.

Retail In-Store Communication Coordinator

Location: New York, NY 10018 (100% Remote)
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $25.78 per hour

Essential Job Functions:

  • Provide support for in-store visual merchandising projects across multiple retail locations.

  • Manage and maintain graphic updates, including promotional and new store assets.

  • Track, log, and analyze graphic inventory and expenditures.
  • Upload finalized graphics to the designated platform
  • Maintain accurate and organized project records in trackers and job folders.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support marketing and retail operations teams.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access).

  • Advanced Excel skills — pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation, and analysis.

  • 3–5 years of related experience, preferably in retail or visual merchandising.

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
