Sales / Customer Service Representative – City of Commerce, CA
Pay: $21.00 – $23.00/hr (DOE)
Schedule: Full-time

We are seeking a reliable and team-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our City of Commerce branch. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong computer skills and behind-the-desk sales experience who enjoys working with customers and wants to grow with a stable company.
What You'll Do:
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll interact with customers by phone, email, and in person to process orders, provide quotes, and answer product-related questions. You'll work closely with internal teams—including sales, warehouse, and billing—to ensure accurate and timely service. You may also assist with light warehouse duties such as picking or packaging items.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver friendly, professional support to customers
- Process orders, create quotes, and coordinate deliveries
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues
- Maintain accurate inventory and pricing records
- Follow up on open quotes, pending payments, or issues
- Assist with light warehouse tasks as needed
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and general computer systems
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Prior customer service or inside sales experience preferred
- Fast learner who can quickly adapt to new systems
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required
- Reliable, motivated, and team-focused
