Sales Representative 
  About the Role
Kelly Services is seeking a Sales Representative to join a leading professional solutions organization on a 4-month hybrid assignment. In this role, you'll focus on generating new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and supporting the overall sales pipeline. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced inside sales environment.
You'll leverage a consultative sales approach, collaborate with internal teams, and play a key role in driving growth across key markets.


Locations: Coppell, TX | Kennesaw, GA | Riverwoods, IL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $34,50/hr
Contract Length: 4 months | Start Date: ASAP
Work Model: Hybrid (onsite + remote flexibility)
  Key Responsibilities

  • Generate, qualify, and manage inbound/outbound leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and weekly activity metrics.
  • Conduct prospect research and needs analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Present product and service value propositions using a consultative sales approach.
  • Manage CRM activity (Salesforce or similar) with accurate documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal consultants to support lead handoffs and closing efforts.
  • Contribute to forecasting, sales strategy, and campaign execution.
  • Maintain industry awareness and competitive intelligence to inform outreach strategies.
  Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience:
    • 2–4 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or account management.
    • 2+ years in a high-volume inside sales or lead generation environment.
  • Proven success with outbound calling (80–100+ daily) and pipeline management.
  • CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
  • Strong communication, time management, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to work independently and adapt in a hybrid setting.
  • Familiarity with tax, accounting, or professional services industries is a plus.
