Security Guard – Direct Hire Are you looking for a stable, long-term career in a production environment? We are currently seeking a reliable and vigilant Security Guard to join our team at our Scottsville facility. Unlike contract roles, this is a Direct Hire position, meaning you will be a permanent member of our team from day one, with access to company benefits and a consistent schedule. What You Will Do: As a key member of our facility's safety team, you will:

• Maintain a visible presence to deter illegal or inappropriate actions.
• Monitor entry points and verify the credentials of all employees and visitors.
• Conduct regular patrols of the manufacturing floor and warehouse to ensure safety compliance and perimeter security.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems.
• Respond quickly to emergencies and document any incidents with clear, concise reports.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Credentials: Must have a valid NYS Security Guard License.
• Reliability: A strong work ethic and a history of punctuality.
• Communication: Ability to interact professionally with staff, delivery drivers, and local authorities.
• Stamina: Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods and perform patrols in an industrial environment.
• must be available to work all shifts, holidays and weekends.
