Security Guard – Direct Hire Are you looking for a stable, long-term career in a production environment? We are currently seeking a reliable and vigilant Security Guard to join our team at our Scottsville facility. Unlike contract roles, this is a Direct Hire position, meaning you will be a permanent member of our team from day one, with access to company benefits and a consistent schedule. What You Will Do: As a key member of our facility's safety team, you will:
- Maintain a visible presence to deter illegal or inappropriate actions.
- Monitor entry points and verify the credentials of all employees and visitors.
- Conduct regular patrols of the manufacturing floor and warehouse to ensure safety compliance and perimeter security.
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems.
- Respond quickly to emergencies and document any incidents with clear, concise reports.
- Experience: Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Credentials: Must have a valid NYS Security Guard License.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and a history of punctuality.
- Communication: Ability to interact professionally with staff, delivery drivers, and local authorities.
- Stamina: Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods and perform patrols in an industrial environment.
