Senior Electro-Mechanical Assembler
Location: South Windsor, CT
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay: $30–$35 per hour (Based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our world-class team in South Windsor, CT. In this role, you will perform high-quality electro-mechanical manufacturing and assembly of automated test equipment, ensuring precision, reliability, and on-time project completion. You will help support our mission to deliver test and measurement solutions that meet the highest professional standards.
Key Responsibilities-
Assemble test and data acquisition systems, test fixtures, cables, harnesses, and PCB assemblies.

Design and logically lay out electrical shelves and panels.

Collaborate with engineers and team members to identify, define, and resolve issues before, during, and after assembly.

Modify prototypes, assemblies, parts, and systems to correct defects or improve performance.

Test completed assemblies to verify proper operation and compliance with requirements.

Obtain and/or maintain IPC certifications: J-STD-001 Specialist, IPC-A-610 Specialist, IPC-A-620 Specialist.

Follow company documentation standards and support improvements to quality processes.

Maintain tools, manage inventory, and ensure a clean, safe work environment.

Promote teamwork, participation, and continuous improvement.

Occasionally assist with shipping/receiving, job material handling, and facility maintenance.

Minimum 7 years of electro-mechanical assembly experience.

Minimum 7 years of system build/implementation based on engineering drawings, schematics, and wire diagrams.

Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, including precise point-to-point wiring.

Highly detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.

Effective communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
