About the Company:

Seeking an Assistant to the Director with excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills to provide sales and administrative support. The ideal candidate should have experience in internal and external client liaison, be self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently with little supervision. Relevant experience in B2B sales or marketing will be viewed favorably. This is a permanent postion.  The company offers competitive salary and benefits.

 

About the Role:

Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 

 

  • Interfacing with external clients and partners to secure participation at face-to-face sales meetings and/or marketing initiatives
  • Scheduling and coordination of calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements. Familiarity in making travel arrangements within North America is preferred.
  • Preparation of meeting materials, including drafting of agendas, organization of previous meeting minutes, and internet research for relevant information and data
  • Assisting Director with follow-ups and provide support on project facilitation as required
  • Identifying new leads and contacts for businesses potentially interested in setting up in Singapore
  • Undertake market studies through online research
  • Handling external enquiries in a professional manner
  • Performing general office administrative duties
  • Completing & tracking monthly expense reports and budgets

 

Qualifications:

Experience required:

 

  • Minimally 3-5 years of administrative and executive support experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to engage with senior executives and their personal assistants with a high level of confidence and professionalism
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Ability to use sales enablement tools, including Salesforce and LinkedIn
  • Candidates must have work authorization in the United States of America
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to efficiently balance and prioritize tasks
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
  • High levels of motivation and persistence in problem-solving when faced with challenges
  • Candidates will have the opportunity to learn about various industry sectors and companies; interest and willingness to learn new knowledge and skills is critical
  • Familiarity with international business and knowledge about Singapore will be a plus, but is not required
