Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst – Proposal Analysis
Location: Brea, CA 92821
Pay Rate: $42.00/hr
Schedule: 40 hours/week, standard business hours
Expected Duration: 2/16/2026 – 4/5/2026 (temp-to-hire potential)

Description:
Join the Financial Planning & Analysis – North America Commercial Operations Team supporting profitable growth and partnering with Sales. This position reports to the Finance Manager and is ideal for professionals seeking a dynamic environment and opportunities to enhance their finance skillset.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain process measurements and perform pricing analyses using financial modeling systems; provide insights to guide business decisions.
  • Analyze financial and profitability aspects of sales deals ranging from $1MM to $120MM in revenue.
  • Build strong partnerships with the sales organization, communicating about project opportunities while ensuring acceptable profit margins.
  • Manage quarterly forecasting for future invoices and gather periodic business updates from clients.
  • Support special finance projects prioritized by Senior Management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (Finance, Accounting, or Economics preferred)
  • 5+ years finance-related work experience
  • Skilled at handling large datasets (data mining, mapping, report generation)
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and relationship management skills
  • Capable of presenting financial data to audiences of varying financial acumen
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects quickly
Preferred:
  • MBA preferred but not required
  • Banking experience as a Credit Analyst/Senior Credit Analyst is a plus
