Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
Pay: $55/HR
Hours: M- F 8am to 5pm
Hybrid with 2 days per week ONSITE.

What's a typical day as Senior Investment Accountant? You'll be:
• Acting as a resource for GAAP and STAT accounting standards and procedures, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Preparing and reviewing monthly entries to the general ledger, including accruals, and reconciling various accounts.
• Communicating investment accounting matters to internal and external clients, regulatory entities, and investment staff.

Required Skills and Experience

  •  5+ years of related professional experience. All relevant experience including work, education, transferable skills, and military experience will be considered.
  • Must be self-motivated, enthusiastic, detail oriented, and possess an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience with GAAP and STAT accounting principles
  • Highly collaborative. Must have a strong team orientation and the ability to influence decision making within our team structure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong communication skills: ability to effectively communicate to all levels of seniority and with cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional writing skills and ability to persuade and influence
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Experience with accounting systems and investment platforms
  • High school diploma (or equivalency) and legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Previous experience in investment accounting
  • SAP experience
