Description

Join our customer, a global leader in medical technology, as a Revenue Management Program Lead. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for representing our customer's interests in revenue management across the enterprise. You will collaborate with various divisions, shared services, and global teams to develop and implement transformative solutions that enhance our revenue management functions. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of revenue management processes and a passion for driving change in a dynamic environment.


- Job Type: Full-Time
- Location: Remote (with some travel required, up to 30%)
- Pay Rate: $68.00/hr
- Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
- Duration: 12-18 months

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Leverage expertise in revenue management processes, including contracts, pricing activation, and chargeback management.
- Analyze and understand existing processes to drive acceptance of the commercial template solution while addressing unique business requirements.
- Collaborate with business process experts across divisions to deliver harmonized processes aligned with the global application roadmap.
- Work with Business Process Deployment Leads and End to End Leads to ensure seamless adoption of new business processes.
- Partner with Subject Matter Experts to facilitate the adoption of to-be business processes.
- Provide input that influences global application selection and design approaches.
- Support rapid decision-making and resolution of risks and key issues.
- Participate in process workshops, assisting Global Process leads and Business Process Leads.
- Ensure deployment readiness through data conversion, testing, training, and change management activities.
- Achieve program goals and objectives, ensuring timely completion of project activities within the business process area.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 10+ years of industry experience with at least 3+ years in sub-process experience.
- Experience with Model N or similar revenue management applications is required.
- Strong knowledge of Contract Operations, Commercial Operations, and Order to Cash processes.
- Proven leadership experience at the Manager level or above is preferred.
- Ability to build strong relationships within Stryker divisions and geographies.
- Experience in ERP systems or large-scale transformational projects (SAP).
- Excellent collaboration, influence, and process orientation skills.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational challenges.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and possess strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in virtual environments and with large groups.
