Description

Kelly Science is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join a document control & quality systems department of a growing client located in Cambridge, MA.

** This is a hybrid position will the requirement to report on-site 1-2 days per week to one of their 3 sites**

Pay: $55-60/hour

Responsibilities include:

  • Formatting new and revised documentation submitted for approval.
  • Coordinating and managing the documentation program, including serving as documentation control reviewer/ approver and performing system administration for documentation management system.
  • Facilitating the creation, revision, distribution, and issuance of controlled documentation (master batch records, logbooks, protocols, etc.).
  • Overseeing the periodic review process of controlled documents and related content.
  • Supporting the archival of physical and electronic records.
  • Authoring and approving standard operating procedures to support improvement and periodic review.
  • Assisting in managing the training program, including training assessments and assignments.
  • Supporting the maintenance and updates of training curricula and the electronic training system.
  • Performing training compliance periodic metric analysis and reporting to end users and senior management.
  • Performing periodic quality system assessments.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in a scientific related field
  • 5+ years of experience within a pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical environment performing document control related responsibilities.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, pharmaceutical digital solutions and technical writing.
  • Strong knowledge of Veeva Quality Docs and Veeva QMS or similar programs.
  • Must be able to manage multiple assignments in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
