Kelly is seeking a Senior Talent Advisor/Recruiter to support a Leading Healthcare client in Eagan, MN.

Work Setup: Hybrid (In-office 2 days/week; office closed Fridays)
Position Type: Temporary 10/6/2025 to 2/13/2026
  Job Overview As a Senior Talent Advisor, you'll consult with internal business groups and manage full lifecycle recruiting to attract and hire diverse, innovative talent. The goal is to deliver an exceptional candidate and manager experience throughout the hiring process.The positions will be more for Product, Data & Analytics roles so if you have hired for these roles this is preferred! Key Impact

  • Advise hiring managers using organizational and labor market knowledge
  • Source, identify, and attract diverse talent
  • Champion diversity efforts and help eliminate bias in hiring
  • Advocate for candidates, focusing on values and transferable skills
  • Craft sourcing strategies for current and future talent pipelines
  • Conduct candidate interviews and thorough assessments
Required Experience
  • 5+ years in recruiting, with strong sourcing and diversity focus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to coach and influence hiring managers
  • Solid understanding of labor markets and business needs
  • Commitment to diversity in hiring
  • Skilled in candidate interviews and assessments
Preferred Experience
  • Recruiting for a broad range of corporate positions (e.g., Product, Data & Analytics roles)
  • Workday experience
