What You'll Be Doing
You'll be part of a frontline support team responsible for responding to inbound calls and emails, troubleshooting technical issues, and escalating problems to specialized groups when needed.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Responding to inbound colleague calls and emails
- Documenting issues thoroughly and accurately in ticketing systems
- Providing first-level troubleshooting and analysis
- Escalating outages or high-impact issues promptly
- Following up with support groups and end users
- Identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement
- Building proficiency across multiple tools, systems, and applications
What You Bring to the Team
Must-Have Skills
- Strong computing, navigation, and troubleshooting skills
- Exceptional customer service abilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint)
- Ability to type at least 30 WPM
- Basic knowledge of PC hardware and components
- Technical support background or related education
Nice to Have
- Experience using ticketing systems
- Technical degree or IT certification
