Kelly Services is in need of dedicated and skilled Service Technicians for a full-time, onsite 2nd shift opportunity in Eagleville, PA
Job Summary:
The Service Technician is responsible for troubleshooting and servicing customer-owned products and maintaining related service data in the company database. This role involves timely service of flashlights and other products to ensure complete customer satisfaction and support the department's quality goals. Technicians work directly with customers to resolve product issues, expedite service orders, and support technical operations and documentation.

2nd (3:30p-Midnight)
Major Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and service a variety of customer-owned products
- Handle customer telephone and email inquiries professionally and courteously
- Quote prices and process orders for spare parts not covered under warranty
- Identify material and delivery needs when quoting customers
- Report recurring product or service issues to supervisor
- Continuously improve skills and product knowledge through on-the-job and outside training
- Collaborate with engineering teams for complex repair operations and technical support
- Maintain up-to-date product line and technology knowledge
- Train other personnel in product operation and service as needed
- Investigate and document customer complaints and claims, and communicate results to supervisor
- Provide service and support to walk-in customers: supply quotes, perform service, supply parts, collect payment, and handle sensitive payment info securely
- Accurately complete all required fields in service software; verify details before finalizing orders
- Provide customers with detailed service estimates and turnaround time projections
- Submit service documentation to supervisor and archive records appropriately
- Keep work area neat and orderly; adhere to company policies and safety practices
- Maintain effective communication with team members and supervisors
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High school diploma required; Associate's degree in electronics or technical field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in assembly and/or repair (electronic repair experience highly preferred)
- Previous experience with electronic theory and troubleshooting is a plus
- Proficient in the use of soldering irons, digital multimeters, hand and power tools
- Strong general computer knowledge and ability to learn new software systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong record of accuracy
- Ability to stand for extended periods and frequently lift up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs)
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work fully onsite; remote work is not available
