Description

Kelly Services is working with a spill control product solution manufacturer with a location in west De Pere and west Green Bay to find Shipper/Pickers (Material Handlers)! This position is full-time and temp-to-hire with the company. Shift: 3rd, 10:00pm-6:30am, M-F
Pay Rate: $17-$19.50 based on level of experience Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily duties pertaining to Lift Truck Safety Check Lists. 
  • Monitor the warehouse equipment and report maintenance problems to the Logistics & Warehouse Manager and Maintenance Personnel.
  • Load/unload Truckloads in the most efficient, safe manner while maintaining inventory accuracy and integrity. 
  • Re-slot and consolidate warehouse inventory as needed while maintaining inventory integrity and accuracy. 
  • Maintain loading/unloading of inbound/outbound shipments per dock schedule. 
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse.
  • Communicate any unsafe, improperly maintained, or nonconforming issues in a timely manner.
  • Conduct cycle counts/recounts as assigned by Warehouse Coordinator.
  • All other tasks as assigned
Qualifications, Abilities and Skills:
  • Lead/motivate by positive example, exhibiting a can-do attitude
  • Good written and verbal communication skills and must be proficient in reading and writing English.
  • Ability to multi-task and interact with internal and external customers
  • Ability to perform daily duties pertaining to Lift Truck Safety Checklist
  • Maintain inventory accuracy throughout assigned task(s)
  • Ability to lift more than 50 lbs.
  • Physical ability including climbing, bending and repetitive motions
