Description

A company leader in water tech solutions provider is seeking a Shipping & Receiving worker.
 

• Location: Southaven, MS
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday / 1st shift: 8 am - 5 pm
• Pay rate: 17$ - 20$ per hour
• Contract: W2 under staffing supplier; with a 6-month duration (with possible extension)
• Start date: 3rd week of February (approx.)

Core Responsibilities:

• Receive and verify shipments; enter data into ERP system.
• Maintain shipping/receiving records (e.g., manifests, bills of lading).
• Troubleshoot freight issues in the ERP system.
• Safely operate material handling equipment.
• Communicate with various departments as needed.
• Process internal and external returns.
• Assist the shift supervisor as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills; ERP experience a plus.
• One year of warehouse/logistics experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a scanner.
• Able to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Working Environment:
Warehouse setting; physical tasks include sitting, standing, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 35 pounds.
