Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$40-$45 per hour based on experience
3–4-month contract opportunity
Onsite opportunity; Schedule: Monday-Friday; 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

What's a typical day as Sr Recruiter? You'll be:
• Supporting the sub-function within Operations, PDS&T (Product Development, Science and Technology) by attracting top talent and developing a strong candidate pool for current and future openings.
• Conducting pre-screening of candidates, managing job requisitions, and collaborating with team members to develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Managing the Taleo ATS, achieving recruiting metrics, and reporting key accomplishments while ensuring compliance with state/federal employment laws and policies.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Hold a bachelor's degree and have 3-5+ years of full cycle recruitment experience in a competitive, fast-paced environment. (required)
• Possess strong proactive communication skills and can instill confidence in clients while delivering results.
• Have experience in the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry and managing requisitions within SmartRecruiters and/or Workday ATS. (required)
• Have experience with full cycle recruiting in Product Development, Science and Technology. (required)
