Location: Mobile, AL
Schedule: Hybrid – 3 days onsite / 2 days remote
Hourly Rate: $35–$40/hr (may be higher based on experience)

About the Role Are you a seasoned talent acquisition professional with a passion for recruiting top talent in the manufacturing sector? Kelly is seeking an experienced Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner. This is a temporary/contract role with an open-ended assignment and the potential for extension.
You'll work within a collaborative setting, operating on a hybrid schedule: three days onsite and two days remote per week. Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and recommend candidates for positions at all organizational levels, from entry-level to senior leadership.
- Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies, including cold calling and network development.
- Build applicant pools, foster partnerships and trust with hiring managers, and identify strong potential fits through standout interviewing techniques.
- Administer all aspects of the interviewing and onboarding process, ensuring an excellent new hire experience.
- Develop recruitment plans and strategies to meet hiring goals.
- Support Workforce Development Initiatives.
- Conduct pre-screen interviews and provide a down-selected slate of candidates to hiring teams.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, and interviewing.
- Extensive talent acquisition experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Professional HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM CP, or SHRM SCP).
