Requirements:

• Prepare and process daily AR/AP invoices and handle intercompany journal entries.
• Reconcile inventory accounts, cost of goods sold, and balance sheet accounts.
• Assist in month-end processes, including journal entries and financial analyses.
• Collaborate with the corporate office for intercompany reconciliations.
• Contribute to audit preparations and ensure financial data accuracy.
• Support your team by stepping in where needed to keep the department running smoothly.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (preferred).
• 5+ years of relevant experience with increasing responsibilities.
• Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• A team player who can also work independently with strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Salary Range: $28–$34 per hour (Temp-to-Hire)
• Monday- Friday 8am-4:30pm 100% onsite
