Shift: Monday–Friday (3:00 p.m.– 11:00 p.m.)  
Pay Rate: $22/hr

What You'll Do 

  • Operate high-speed stamping press assembly reels (plastic and cardboard). 

  • Make minor adjustments to auxiliary equipment, including strip welders and vision systems. 

  • Perform quality checks per the Quality Inspection Plan (QIP), including microscope-based visual checks. 

  • Take specified measurements using tools such as comparator ram optics and scope gauges. 

  • Order raw metal and replace stock as needed. 

  • Retrieve completed components and load empty reels from the staging area. 

  • Perform basic press adjustments, such as regulating air pressure, ram height, and lubrication levels.

  • Basic mechanical skills with the ability to follow standard operating procedures. 

  • Willingness to learn new skills and operate specialized manufacturing equipment. 

  • Reliability and ability to work scheduled shifts, including occasional weekends. 

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks in a production setting. 

Skill Level & Work Environment 

  • Entry-level position with on-the-job training provided. 

  • Follows established processes and standard work procedures. 

  • Duties and tasks are routine, performed under general supervision.
