Location: Romeoville, IL
Pay Rate: $21–$22 per hour
Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift

What You'll Do:
As a Stand-Up Forklift Operator, you will operate material handling equipment in both ambient and freezer environments. Your responsibilities will include moving, locating, relocating, stacking, and counting merchandise, as well as assisting with order filling and checking duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely unload inbound shipments and transfer products to storage, including freezer areas
• Efficiently stack and store merchandise in both ambient and freezer locations
• Prepare products for shipment, verifying both type and quantity
• Load products into rail cars or trailers from staging and storage areas
• Operate forklifts, clamp, push-pull, or other powered equipment as needed
• Utilize RF scanning equipment for order processing
• Maintain accurate inventory records, support cycle counts, and ensure proper stock rotation
• Assist with physical inventories, including freezer inventory checks
• Support building, grounds, and equipment maintenance
• Uphold SQF Food Safety Code for Manufacturing requirements
• Take on additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Candidates must be comfortable working in a freezer environment and frequently moving in and out of cold storage areas. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Basic reading, writing, and math skills are required. Good verbal and written communication skills are important, with bilingual abilities in English and Spanish preferred.
