1st shift schedule: 4:30 AM – 3:15 PM

12-month contract with valuable long-term experience

Hands-on, precision-based work in a team-oriented environment

Gain experience with Lean, 5S, and advanced aircraft structural assembly
You'll be:

Assembling, fitting, drilling, and riveting aircraft structural parts
-
Performing sheet metal layout, fabrication, and installation
-
Reading and interpreting blueprints, work orders, and operation sheets
-
Using hand tools, pneumatic tools, and riveting equipment
-
Aligning and assembling parts using jigs, fixtures, clamps, and fasteners
-
Removing and installing fasteners without damaging aircraft structures
-
Making repairs and rework per DMTs, MRRs, and PCOs
-
Checking work to ensure defect-free assemblies prior to inspection
-
Maintaining accurate documentation and job charging records
-
Supporting Lean activities and the company's 5S program
-
Safely handling materials, chemicals, and waste while using required PPE
-
High School Diploma or GED
-
2+ years of structural assembly experience
-
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
-
Basic computer skills and shop math skills

Experience with Solumina and Smarteam (preferred)
-
Strong attention to detail and a professional, safety-focused attitude
-
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders/stands, and work in confined spaces

Willingness to work any shift as business needs require

Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
