- Opportunity to work with a respected and established aerospace manufacturer
- 1st shift hours: Enjoy early start and early end to your workday
- Long-term 12-month contract with full-time hours
- Competitive pay rate of $28.75/hour
- Performing structural assembly, riveting, and sheet metal work using blueprints and work instructions
- Installing parts and assemblies with precision and high attention to detail
- Using tools such as pneumatic drills, countersinks, rivet guns, and shavers
- Ensuring quality standards are met and completing required documentation
- Instructing or assisting team members and supporting a collaborative work environment
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace while following safety and Lean manufacturing practices
- A high school diploma or GED
- At least 4 years of structural assembly experience, preferably in aerospace or heavy manufacturing
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
- Experience working with precision tools and close-tolerance structures
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined or elevated spaces
- Flexibility to work the 1st shift (4:45am – 3:15pm) and occasional overtime
- Familiarity with Solumina or SmarTeam systems
- Q-stamp certification
- Composite material handling or fabrication experience
