What's a typical day as a Structural Mechanic III? You'll be:

• Performing structural assembly, riveting, and sheet metal work using blueprints and work instructions
• Installing parts and assemblies with precision and high attention to detail
• Using tools such as pneumatic drills, countersinks, rivet guns, and shavers
• Ensuring quality standards are met and completing required documentation
• Instructing or assisting team members and supporting a collaborative work environment
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace while following safety and Lean manufacturing practices

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

• A high school diploma or GED
• At least 4 years of structural assembly experience, preferably in aerospace or heavy manufacturing
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
• Experience working with precision tools and close-tolerance structures
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined or elevated spaces
• Flexibility to work the 1st shift (4:45am – 3:15pm) and occasional overtime

Bonus experience that's nice to have:

• Familiarity with Solumina or SmarTeam systems
• Q-stamp certification
• Composite material handling or fabrication experience
