You'll be trained to:
-
Perform fitting of detail parts and basic drilling and riveting operations
-
Use basic mechanic hand tools such as pneumatic drills, rivet guns, countersinks, reamers, and files
-
Align and assemble parts using fixtures, pins, clamps, and fasteners
-
Read and follow work orders, blueprints, and specification sheets
-
Ensure work meets quality standards and instructions from manufacturing leads or Quality Control Inspectors
-
Observe, assist, and gradually work with less supervision as skills are developed
-
Maintain good housekeeping and follow all safety practices
-
High School Diploma or GED (required)
-
Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in hands-on work
-
Entry-level experience or enrollment in a Technical Aviation program (preferred)

Ability to read a scale and perform basic shop math
-
Ability to read and comprehend basic documents and instructions
-
Good communication skills in English (reading, writing, speaking, listening)

Basic computer and keyboarding skills
-
Professional attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team

Ability to lift and transport objects up to 40 lbs

Availability to work any shift, if needed
