Supply Chain Analyst
Location: Remote
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $32.00 per hour

Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional to join our team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role serves as the primary interface between hub team members and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate inventory management and timely fulfillment of surgical orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with internal stakeholders to drive customer excellence and operational efficiency.
• Support daily inventory needs for surgery demand and oversee the order fulfillment process.
• Communicate order status updates clearly and promptly to stakeholders.
• Investigate and resolve order problems by identifying root causes and corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions.
• Prepare set sale promotional quotes and support sales team initiatives.
• Review and consolidate orders to reduce duplication and unnecessary demand.
• Coordinate release of back orders based on stock availability.
• Manage hub inventory to agreed-upon par levels and ensure ERP system data accuracy.
• Generate proper documentation for inventory movement (pick lists, packing lists).
• Provide administrative support and assist with additional tasks as directed.
• Support extended hours as needed during high order volumes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, data entry, account management, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and order management processes preferred.
