Supply Chain Program Manager
Location: Sunnyvale, CA
Contract Length: 18 months (with potential conversion to full-time based on performance)
Pay Rate: $60–$65/hour
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, onsite in Sunnyvale, CA. Some flexibility required for late afternoon/evening meetings with Asia-based suppliers (2–3 days per week).
Kelly Engineering is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Program Manager to join our client's Program & Project Management team in the medical device industry. This role will drive large-scale, cross-functional projects with both domestic and global suppliers, ensuring timelines, budgets, and business objectives are met.
You'll lead projects involving tooling qualifications and supplier transitions, directly impacting product launches and supply chain success in a regulated environment.
Responsibilities-
Lead planning and execution of supplier onboarding, tool-making, and component qualification projects.

Manage build-to-print supplier projects, coordinating between U.S. and Asia-based suppliers.

Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and risks.

Facilitate cross-functional meetings and drive effective decision-making.

Track deliverables, escalate risks, and ensure strong documentation management.

Collaborate across engineering, supply chain, and supplier teams to achieve goals.

Balance internal stakeholder management with external supplier engagement.

Education: Bachelor's degree required (Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or other technical discipline preferred).

Experience: Minimum 3 years of direct project/program management experience.

Proven success driving cross-functional supply chain projects.

High-tech or regulated environments are relevant, but supply chain in medical device industry is highly preferred.

Candidates with med device + supply chain backgrounds will be considered the strongest fit.
Core Skills:
Excellent time management and ability to lead with confidence and tact.
Strong communication and collaboration skills across multiple teams.
Experience with project management tools (Miro board preferred; MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, SAP, SharePoint a plus).
