Supply Chain Program Manager (Medical Device Manufacturing)

Location: Sunnyvale, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, onsite (some flexibility for late-afternoon meetings with Asia-based suppliers)
Contract Length: 18-month contract with potential to convert to a direct hire 
Pay Rate: $60–$65/hr (W2)

About the Role

We're looking for a hands on Supply Chain Program Manager to support a leading medical device company in Sunnyvale. This person will lead supplier related projects that directly support new product launches, tooling qualifications, and component transitions.

You'll be the main point of contact between engineering, supply chain, and suppliers keeping everything on track from planning through production. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys fast moving, highly technical environments where attention to detail and communication really matter.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead supplier onboarding, tooling, and component qualification projects.

  • Manage build-to-print programs with both U.S. and Asia-based suppliers.

  • Define project scope, schedule, and key deliverables.

  • Run project meetings, track milestones, and flag any risks or delays early.

  • Keep documentation up to date and ensure alignment across all teams.

  • Partner closely with Engineering, Quality, Procurement, and Operations.

  • Help improve supplier project processes and standardize best practices.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree (Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field preferred).

  • 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional supply chain or manufacturing projects.

  • Proven success leading supplier transitions, tooling qualifications, or NPI projects.

  • Experience in a medical device, biotech, semiconductor, or other regulated environment is a strong plus.

  • Skilled in project management tools (Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar).

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • PMP or Lean Six Sigma background a plus.
