What You'll Do:

As a Supply Planning Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth production operations. Your responsibilities will include:
•    Determining material requirements and order timelines to support production demands.
•    Managing purchase orders and coordinating part change requests, ramp-ups, and ramp-downs.
•    Partnering with suppliers and internal teams to maintain inventory levels and implement back-order recovery plans.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

•    Must be local to Columbus, IN, and available to work on-site.
•    High school diploma required; 2+ years of college preferred.
•    2-5 years of supply chain experience with strong organizational and analytical skills.
•    A valid forklift license and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a customer-focused mindset.
