Title: Support Engineer
Location: Remote
Duration: 11 months +        
Type: W2 contract (NO C2C OR THIRD PARTY)
Pay: $66.55/hour


Responsibilities

  • Material Handling System Downtime remediation to ensure equipment availability.
  • Impacts operations efficiencies, customer service and MBG.
  • Only escalates the most complex or unique situations to manager or higher level.
  • Troubleshoots electrical automation and controls systems in operations processes to increase efficiency and volume.
  • Checks control system schematics and specifications and uses software and testing equipment to diagnose and resolve complex system malfunctions using platforms such as ladder logic programming for programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
  • Solves complex problems.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Controls Engineering
  • Minimum of 6 – 8 years' technical troubleshooting of conveyor system controls
  • Will need advanced in-depth production or process machinery experience and advanced mechanical and/or commercial/industrial experience (Rockwell PLCs)
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of various functions and ownership groups to escalate and coordinate with SMEs and/or vendors together for the most complex, multidisciplined problems for solution, PLC, etc.
  • Proficiency in conveyor control systems, PLC, HMI software.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of integrated IT systems including ownership groups.
  • Previous Industrial Maintenance Manager Experience preferred

Competencies Required
  • Project management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with field, other business units, vendors and all levels of management.
  • Expert knowledge in all potentially impacted departments/areas and ability to communicate clearly and concisely with all stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under constant change while balancing responsibilities across multiple disciplines. In-depth knowledge and understanding of all necessary support teams for coordinating cross-functional support when necessary.
  • Able to manage vendors and local teams to ensure contract commitments are met while managing projects.

  • Contract slated for 11 months: February 16, 2026?–?January 10, 2027
