Swiss CNC Programmer – Kelly Engineering (Yorba Linda, CA)
Location: Onsite in Yorba Linda, CA
Pay: $35–$42/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM (OT as needed)
Type: Contract-to-hire based on performance and business needs
About the Job
Kelly Engineering is hiring a Swiss CNC Programmer for a precision manufacturing facility in Yorba Linda, CA. This is a hands-on job where you'll program, set up, and run Swiss-style CNC lathes to make high-quality parts. You'll work independently and be responsible for both programming and production results.
What You'll Do

Program and set up Swiss CNC lathes (Tornos Deco 10 and/or Citizen)

Write and edit programs using PartMaker (manual edits when needed)

Set up tools and machines for new and repeat jobs

Check parts for accuracy and make adjustments

Troubleshoot machines to keep production on track

Work with the team to improve processes and efficiency
What You Need

3–5 years of CNC programming and setup experience (Swiss-style required)

Hands-on experience with Tornos Deco 10 or Citizen machines

Proficient with PartMaker software

Able to read blueprints and work independently

Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills

Medical device or precision manufacturing background a plus
