Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
Pay rate based on experience: $30-32 an hour
Onsite in Lake County
4 month contract with possible extensions.

What's a typical day as Talent Acquisition Coordinator? You'll be:
• Assisting on a large volume of job requisitions across business functions using SmartRecruiters applicant tracking system.
• Partnering closely with Recruiters to process focused requisitions.
• Assessing and reviewing all resumes against job requirements and documenting process steps.
• Working directly with the team manager to provide selected candidates to be reviewed by the hiring manager.
• Providing status updates to Recruiter for weekly meetings.
• Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process by providing clear communication, timely feedback, and professionalism. Maintaining a strong employer brand through regular engagement.
• Ensuring compliance with state/federal employment laws and policies and practices for applicant tracking compliance and reporting metrics.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Hold a Bachelor's degree or an AA degree in Human Resources or a related field of study.
• Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a professional, fast-paced recruiting environment.
• Are comfortable working in a high-volume role that requires significant multi-tasking and possess strong organizational skills.
• Have strong business presence and communication skills.
• Have strong organizational skills and attention to detail while meeting deadlines.
• Have healthcare/pharmaceutical industry experience (preferred).
• Are familiar with Smart Recruiters ATS).
• Have experience handling background escalations.
• Possess required skills in troubleshooting, critical thinking, and a willingness to dig into things. Must be able to upload documents, complex problem-solving experience in a large matrix environment.
