Talent Acquisition Recruiter Opportunity with Kelly Services @ Materion
Kelly Services, in collaboration with Materion, is excited to announce an opening for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter. This essential three-month project-based role involves leading the Front-End Recruitment process. You will be responsible for creating and updating requisitions, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates to hiring managers to attract, engage, and hire top-tier talent.
Working Hours and Pay:
- Schedule: Start at or before 8 am, working an 8-hour day with a ½ hour or 1-hour lunch break.
- Competitive Pay: Aligned with industry standards.
- Flexible Work Hours: Begin your day before 8 am, Monday through Friday, to maintain a work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will oversee the full recruitment cycle, from requisition creation to onboarding, ensuring a seamless process for all parties involved. You'll be tasked with implementing creative strategies to attract top talent and build networks for high-quality passive candidates, all while supporting early career and diversity programs. Additionally, you will train and guide hiring managers to enhance their assessment and selection skills. Analyzing and reporting recruiting metrics will be key to continually improving Talent Acquisition operations. Moreover, you will lead or participate in HR projects aimed at enhancing recruiting capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Recruitment experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree holders need 1+ years of experience.
- Non-degreed individuals need 3+ years of experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Technology Proficiency: Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software. Experience with Workday is a plus.
- Flexibility: Adherence to uniform and hygiene protocols.
