Job Summary:
Kelly Services is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our team at Nissan North America. This role will primarily focus on recruiting for professional positions across various departments, including but not limited to Aftersales, Finance, and Total Customer Satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be metrics-driven, process-oriented, and a strong collaborator with demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruiting. This is a 6 month position with potential for long term.
Pay: $30.00/hour
Shift: Monday-Thursday, 8am-5pm in office. Friday Remote 8am-5pm
Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business units and HR team members to achieve recruiting goals.
  • Provide guidance to business leaders regarding staffing processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Work cross-functionally with other Human Resources teams on hiring strategies and headcount planning.
  • Translate workforce plans for each department into effective recruiting strategies, implementing creative, cost-effective, and timely solutions.
  • Educate hiring teams, business leaders, and HR personnel on recruiting best practices, interviewing processes, and expectations.
  • Maintain the integrity of the applicant tracking database while adhering to recruiting policies, processes, and applicable laws.
  • Assist in developing and implementing new HR programs and processes.
  • Ensure a consistently positive and professional experience for candidates by managing their expectations throughout the recruitment process.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Job Knowledge and Skills:
  • Comprehensive understanding of the recruiting process, including sourcing (LinkedIn/Indeed), candidate evaluation, interviewing, pre-employment screening, and onboarding.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and talent acquisition technology is required; Workday recruiting experience is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Required:
  • Three to five years of recruiting experience in staffing and corporate environments, with a focus on technical/professional recruiting.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
