Talent Development Partner – Remote (3–6 Month Contract)
Pay: $69.95 – $71.86 per hour (based on experience)
Full-time | Remote | Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST required

About the Opportunity
Kelly® Professional & Industrial is hiring an experienced Talent Development Partner to support a leading organization in the manufacturing industry. This contract role offers the opportunity to drive high-impact initiatives within a global HR organization—fully remote while working EST hours.

What You'll Do
• Partner with HR Business Partners and leaders to deliver strategic talent development solutions
• Provide expertise in leadership development, talent management, and organizational learning
• Facilitate and curate development programs, coaching, mentoring, and capability-building initiatives
• Consult on talent processes including succession planning, performance management, and team effectiveness
• Use data and analytics to inform recommendations and guide business decisions
• Support change management and continuous improvement efforts
• Collaborate across global and matrixed teams to ensure alignment and impact

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 10+ years of experience in Talent Development, Talent Management, or related HR discipline
• Strong facilitation, advisory, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proficiency in HR data analytics and insights
Must be able to work remotely Monday–Friday from 7:00 AM–4:00 PM EST

Preferred Experience
• HR Business Partner or HR consulting background
• Experience supporting global or matrixed environments
• Change management expertise
• Strong executive communication skills
