Contract: 6 months with possible extension

What's a typical day as Talent Sourcing Specialist? You'll be:
- Providing recruitment leadership to sourcing professionals while managing customer service across the organization.
- Partnering with key stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies targeting critical, high-level talent in competitive markets.
- Conducting thorough candidate prescreening and facilitating presentations to hiring managers using various Talent Acquisition platforms.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree and possess 3-5+ years of experience in a dedicated Sourcing Role or Executive Sourcing Role (not full-cycle recruitment).
- Have a strong background in proactive recruiting and sourcing strategies, including experience with confidential searches and talent mapping projects.
- Are experienced in leveraging technology for sourcing and candidate management, with prior staff management experience preferred.
