Looking to grow and evolve? Kelly® has an opportunity for you! We're seeking a Team Lead for the Packaging Department at our client, BIC, in Charlotte, NC. 

 

Pay Information: 

  • Starting wage - $15.88 per hour 

  • Once fully trained and certified, wage will increase to $20.90 per hour 
     

Shift: 

  • 2nd shift working from 2:45 PM to 10:45 PM (may extend to 11 PM on some days) with mandatory overtime on Saturdays as needed 

  • Must be available to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed

What is a typical day as Team Lead? 

  • Receiving work priorities from the Shift Assistant and staging orders for the team 

  • Ensuring products are ready at the line 

  • Maintaining machine speed and confirming RDID and blisters are running prior to team arriving on the line 

  • Assisting team with building displays, reviewing partial orders, put-away product, and scrap in order to align next steps and/or disposal 

  • Communicating machine readiness and collaborating with maintenance 

 

Requirements: 

  • High School Diploma or GED and basic computer skills 

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish 

  • Previous team lead experience in a production, warehouse, or manufacturing setting 

  • Attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication skills 

  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for 8+ hours
